Stop The Horror
There have been 30 failed attempts to pass a voluntary assisted dying law in Australia. So when Victorian parliament announced a new Bill, Go Gentle Australia wanted the public to engage local politicians. We released ‘Stop The Horror’. Directed by acclaimed directer Justin Kurzel (Snowtown, Assassin’s Creed) we promoted it as a new horror film based on the true story of a terminally ill patient, Greg Sims. The film was so distressing viewers were given the opportunity to ‘stop the horror’ at anytime, thanks to a bespoke digital player. When the ‘stop the horror’ button was pressed the viewer was taken to a bespoke site and educated on how to really stop the horror - by letting politicians know they support this law.
